The phylum Cnidaria contains about 10,000 species, these animals are mostly found in marine enviorments. These animals are also known as jelly fish, they have two body forms: medusae and sessile polyps, both these body forms are symmetrical and surrounded with mouths that have tentacles. Both of these body forms have a body cavity that is used for digestion and respiration. |
